Can I delete my company account?

If you want to step away from Get on Board as a company, it helps to know the
difference between three actions that are easy to confuse: unpublishing a job,
canceling your subscription, and deleting your company account.

Unpublish a job

Unpublishing a job hides it from candidates but is fully reversible and doesn’t
affect your account or your other jobs. Use it when you only want to pause a
posting.

Cancel your subscription

Canceling your platform subscription ends billing and unpublishes your jobs, but
your company account stays active — your team can still log in. Use this when
you’re done hiring for now but may come back.

Delete your company account

To delete the account entirely, an admin must email
info@getonbrd.com from the same email used to register
the company. Deleting a company account isn’t self-serve from the dashboard.

Once we receive the request:

  • We notify all team members on the account by email — once when the deletion is
    scheduled, and again when it runs.
  • The account is deleted after about 30 days.

What happens to your data: job postings that already received applications are
kept in anonymized form, with your company’s details removed, so candidates’
records stay intact. Postings with no applications are removed. Once deletion
runs, this information cannot be recovered.
