Non-profit organizations, anywhere in the world, can post tech jobs on Get on Board and find great Latin American talent for free, forever.
This benefit is reserved for genuine non-profits. To qualify, your organization must meet all of these conditions:
- It must be a registered non-profit, legally incorporated as such in its country of origin, and operate without distributing profits to owners, members, or shareholders.
- It cannot be a government body (though it can be government-funded).
- Universities are excluded.
- The benefit covers your organization’s own mission-driven roles. It does not apply to a commercial or revenue-generating arm, and you cannot recruit or publish jobs on behalf of another organization, whether for-profit or not.
- The grant consists of unlimited individual job posts (subscriptions and other recruitment services do not apply).
- Jobs published under this benefit are still subject to our moderation policy: they must be tech-related and are not exempt from minimum-wage obligations unless explicitly listed as volunteer work.
- We reserve the right to deny or revoke the benefit at any time, including for organizations that promote hate speech, discrimination, misinformation, violence, illegal activity, or the use of weapons.
To apply, write to us at team@getonbrd.com and include proof of your legal non-profit registration (for example, your incorporation certificate or tax-exempt status). We review and confirm each request before granting the benefit, and we may ask for more documentation or decline it if eligibility cannot be verified.
